Starting your massage on the front of the body assists the natural cleansing flow of the lymphatic system and starts to increase flow. Treatments includes Reflexology, Cranial Sacral, Foot Bone massage Energy work and gentle cross body stretches to open your body and enhance your relaxation and rejuvenation for the most comprehensive massage you have ever experienced.

Raindrop technique is a warming and stimulating treatment that also releases the muscles of the spine and increases the immune response. Starting on the feet Essential Oils are applied in reflex technique called Vita-flex and then the same oils are applied to the spine with varying massage strokes. A hot wet towel is then applied to the spine and a scalp massage performed while the towel cools. The finish is a gentle stretching of the neck and legs to open the length of the body.
